MASTER10-Pro On-line FT-NIR Spectrometer

MASTER10-Pro is an 8-channel online NIR spectrometer designed for industrial online application. The spectrometer, touch-screen industry computer, and PLC module for connecting to DCS are integrated in an integrated to cabinet to an online analysis system. The system offers convenience for industrial online control analysis by independently completing spectral data gathering, model prediction, and data uploading.

• Measurements of up to 8 channels:
  

To improve the utilization of the spectrometer, MASTER10-Pro enables cyclic inspection of 8 different measuring points on production line. 

On-site one-click spectral sampling solution:

The operator can simply press the button near the sampling point during modeling, calibration, and maintenance routine phases, and the software will automatically capture and save the spectrum corresponding to the sampling point and time. The button will make modeling and maintenance much easier and precier.

•  Powerful S-Online Software:
  

S-Online can complete spectrum measurements, cyclic control of various channel assignments, model predictions, and DCS communication automatically. The primary interface can show the changing trend diagram of component content. Users can also customize device alert information, device status, and component content.

• Product model Switch function:
  

For the same sampling point, users may need to switch models when produce different products. MASTER10-Pro provides model switching function, which can be activated from DCS.
